The Montreal Canoe has the ability to hold up to 8,000lbs of weight and carry a maximum of 23 people (19 paddlers) per Vessel. It is also 5 feet wide across the beam making it the most stable canoe ever built. The more participants you put in the canoe, the sturdier it becomes. Due to its flat hull design it is also extremely maneuverable thus making sterning the craft surprisingly easy to manage.

At Voyageur Adventures we often refer to our canoes as floating classrooms!
